******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions contained in order dated 15.11.2019 passed while deciding RSA No.109 of 2011, despite communicating copy of that order, have not been complied by the respondents.

The alternate remedy of execution of the order is available to the petitioner and he can avail the same by filing execution petition. No reason for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents is made out.

This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
