(ORAL) Through this appeal, the appellant seeks quashing of the order dated 01.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, vide which the anticipatory bail application filed by the appellant in FIR No.16 dated 21.01.2021 registered under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989, at Police Station Tripuri, District Patiala, was dismissed.
Vide order dated 16.02.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the appellant had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

CRA-S-488-2023 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the appellant has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 16.02.2023 granting interim bail to the appellant, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
