(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.373 dated 29.09.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC, P.S. Nissing, Karnal. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ajaib singh, P.S., Nissing, District Karnal submits that in the afore-mentioned FIR a cancellation report was prepared by Investigating Agency and the same stands filed before Illaqa Magistrate, the same is now fixed for 06.05.2023 for consideration.

In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. No doubt, the respondent No.2 shall have his right to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
