**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.14 dated 04.02.2015 registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act, Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 13.02.2020, notice of motion was issued and petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on 25.02.2020 and in the event of his appearance he was to be enlarged on interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.02.2020, petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 25.02.2020 and has been enlarged on interim bail by the trial Court. Learned counsel has sent a photocopy of the order dated 25.02.2020 in Whatsapp group.
