(ORAL) Since the petitioner and the complainant have entered into an amicable settlement on account of which the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.0507 dated 28.09.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 34, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra, has been quashed vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-38562-2022, the impugned order dated 09.11.2022 declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender is quashed, however, subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- as costs, to be paid to the Haryana State Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of.
