***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, Mini Secretariat, Sector-12, Faridabad to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.290 dated 13.12.2019 registered at Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 379-B, 506 and 427 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is filed thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, Mini Secretariat, Sector-12, Faridabad so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
