As the appeal has been allowed against the judgment of conviction dated 27.09.2018 (Annexure P-4) on the basis of a compromise, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR No.215 dated 19.12.2015 registered under Sections 336, 506 and 34 of IPC and Sections 27, 54 and 59 of Arms Act (Sections 307 and 511 IPC) added later on at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar including the same judgment on the basis of a compromise has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
