((  *&  + (,   Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.167 dated 18.08.2016, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 420, 406 and 34 IPC. Vide order dated 18.02.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
