(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the letter dated 09.01.2024, Annexure P-20, passed by respondent no.3 and entries dated 10.06.2020 at page no.29 of the service book of the petitioner, Annexure P-3, and a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.3 to grant salary for the months of August, 2020 and September, 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 19.12.2023, Annexure P-14, in a specified period.
