(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to register an FIR under relevant sections of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act against private respondents No.5 to 7. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
