(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Sections 482 Cr.P.C., praying for directions to be given to respondent No.2 to ignore the hand written statement/letter dated 06.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner, as the same was allegedly written under the coercion of her husband i.e. respondent No.1. It was submitted that the petitioner had been forcibly made to solemnize the marriage with respondent No.1 on 04th February, 2020 and on 06th February, 2020, she submitted the letter dated 06.02.2020 (Annexure P-6). Heard.
