(Oral) Counsel for the State submits that in terms of the order dated 28.01.2021, the claim of the petitioner was considered and the petitioners have been paid full salary from July, 2019 to February, 2021, the receipts thereof has been duly signed by the petitioners (Annexures R-1 to R-3).

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
