Dated Police Station Section/s 3.3.2021 Jakhal District Fatehabad 22-C, 27-A of NDPS Act, 1985, wherein offences under Sections 147, 149, 186, 224, 225, 332, 353, 379-B, 506, 511 IPC were deleted later on GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) 1.

The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

Learned State counsel informed that he has double checked the position regarding the remaining PWs and that as on date only 2 PWs remain to be examined. It has been informed that the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 27.9.2024 and the remaining PWs are official witnesses. 3.

However, the prosecution is directed to ensure the presence of remaining PWs on the next date of hearing. The Trial Court is directed to ensure that statements of the remaining PWs are recorded as and when they are produced before it unless there are compelling reasons for not doing so and in which case a short date is fixed.

The Trial Court to take all necessary steps for concluding the trial expeditiously.
