(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently certain documents, which are required to be placed on record for the adjudication of the present writ petition, could not be attached and therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by attaching the required documents.
