+5 637 Present writ petition has been filed for quashing/setting aside the impugned proceedings undertaken by the respondents authorities behind the scene by passing order to the detriment of the petitioner so as to demolish the house illegally. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to construct his house and conclude it like others who have already constructed their house and concluded the properties and residing therein as in the event of halting, the petitioner illegally from finalizing his house, the respondent authorities have rendered their action to be arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal, violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India; for prohibiting respondent authorities from carrying on the illegalities qua demolishing the house of the petitioner and halting its conclusion further construction thereby; to summon all

records of the respondent authorities and halt/stall them from propelling their wrongs and illegalities against the petitioner and to stay the impugned illegal actions of the respondent authorities stalling the petitioner from utilizing his property and finalizing its construction thereby.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he has already made an application dated 04.01.2024 to the respondents but no action has been taken on the same till date.
