SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.129 dated 18.10.2022 under Sections 363,34 IPC and Sections 302,365,201,120-B,364 IPC added later on registeredf at P.S Maulijagran, Chandigarh. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
