RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14, dated 28.01.2023, under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(3) of Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty tot he petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the Court concerned within a period of seven days from today and files an appropriate application, the concerned Court will decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
