The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents in not paying him salary of four months and relieving the petitioner before 31.08.2019.

The petitioner was working as Washerman (Dhobi) in the scale of Rs.16,900/- since 07.09.2017.

It is not in dispute that writ petitions filed by similarly situated persons i.e. CWP No.3536 of 2019, CWP No.9456 of 2019 and CWP No.9252 of 2019 have been dismissed vide PRINCE SAINI 2023.02.20 19.13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.3645 of 2019(O&M)  order dated 26.11.2020.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that salary of four months had already been released in the month of March, 2019 and the post has also been filled by the regular candidate appointed through recruitment agency. [5].
