The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.02 dated 30.03.2024 under Section 420 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station NRI, District Moga and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cancellation report in the present case has been filed which has rendered the present petition infructuous.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State confirms the aforesaid submission made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
