Through the present writ petition, a prayer has been made for setting aside the order dated 09.11.2021 passed by the Appellate Tribunal, as well as the order dated 31.12.2020 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in view of an amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, no cause for further adjudication survives in the present writ petition. A vernacular copy of the settlement deed/affidavit dated 16.06.2025 has also been placed on record. 3.

CWP-3892-2022 concedes the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the amicable resolution of the dispute. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition stands disposed of. The parties are directed to strictly adhere to and abide by the terms and conditions embodied in the settlement deed/affidavit dated 16.06.2025.
