ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) This is a repeat (second) bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.63 dated 05.06.2021 registered under Sections 308, 341, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 325 of the IPC added later on) at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur. It is not disputed that the petitioner filed first petition being CRM-M-36006-2021 for grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. which has been dismissed by this Court by passing a detailed order dated 17.11.2022 (Annexure P-11).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to show as to whether there is any substantial change in the circumstances after rejection of the earlier bail application of the petitioner by this Court on 17.11.2022.
