HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.324 dated 02.06.2020 under Sections 323, 379, 448, 506, 201 read with Section 34 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Hansi. Vide order dated 24.02.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amar Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.02.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
