The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.80 dated 29.6.2019 at Police Station Sri Hargobindpur Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur under Sections 302, 109 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Naveen Batra, Advocate has today put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed power of attorney, which is taken on record. 3.

At the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that investigation is complete and challan stands presented against co-accused and the petitioner has been kept in coloumn No.2 and that as of now the State does not intend to arrest the petitioner.
