ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members at the instance of respondent No.5 and other unknown persons.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation (Annexure P1) to the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra on 04.01.2019, however, no action was taken. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Yashpal, however, submits that no such representation has been received. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra within a period of 15 days from today and the same will be dealt with, in accordance with law.
