(ORAL) The registry has listed this writ petition for the purpose of service of respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. the Additional District Judge, Faridabad and Civil Judge (Junior Division), Palwal, District Faridabad respectively. They are the quasi judicial authorities who have dealt with the matter viz-a-viz the election of Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat JarariBhoodpur held on 15.12.1994. The writ petition stands admitted and there is an interim order of status quo as exists but the fact remains that the tenure of the office of Sarpanch has already over, thus, the writ petition is deemed to have become infructuous.
