Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of the order dated 19.11.2022 (Annexure P-8), passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Payal, in FIR No.65, dated 21.05.2019, under Sections 323, 341, 34 of IPC, registered at P.S. Doraha, Police District Khanna, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, whereby, petitioner was declared as 'proclaimed offender'. 2.
It is noticed by this Court that Registry has raised objection No.10 in filing the petition, which is as under:- "10. General Power of Attorney/Special Power of Attorney and other documents attached with the case, executed abroad should be duly embossed"

It is on the insistence of counsel for the petitioner that the present petition is listed before this Court. 4.
This Court is of the view that to consider the prayer, which is made through the present petition, requires to entertain a petition, which is JAWALA RAM 2025.02.07 19:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed. 6.
