Today, Mr. Praveen Chander Goyal, Addl. AG, Haryana, informs the Court that on inquiry, he got the information that Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurgaon (now Gurugram), had initially got instituted the present writ petition through Mr. Hemant Kumar and Mr. Rajesh Garg, Advocates. However, he has not received any letter of JAWALA RAM 2024.01.15 14:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In the circumstances, as noticed in the order here-above, and also looking at the regular default of the petitioner in appearance, present writ petition is worth disposal for not being prosecuted. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, it is observed that in case, cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of present writ petition within eight weeks from today, by moving an appropriate application, as per law.

Registry is directed to forward the copy of this order immediately, to the "Administrative Officer, Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurugram (Haryana)".
