By way of filing the present revision petition, the petitioner/ complainant assails the order dated 13.10.2021, vide which the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, dismissed the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner for summoning respondent No. 2-Anju, as an additional accused. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the main case has already been disposed of by the learned trial Court.
