       When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab submits that a Letters Patent Appeal No. 186 of 2023 (Dilbagh Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others) arising out of the same impugned judgment filed by few of the petitioners therein, namely, Dilbag Singh and others, was considered and dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.03.2023.Learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute the aforesaid aspect of dismissal of the Letters Patent Appeal No. 186 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the parties also fairly submit that the issues involved in the present appeal as well as of Letters Patent Appeal No. 186 of 2023 are identical.

In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is also dismissed in terms of the orders passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 186 of 2023 decided on 02.03.2023.
