The petitioner prays for issuance of the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to supply a copy of the building plan, if sanctioned.

From the reading of the writ petition, it is evident that the petitioner has neither annexed the order by which the building plan was alleged to have been sanctioned on 28.05.2020 nor annexed the order dated 02.06.2020, while disapproving the same building plan. 3.

In absence of the aforesaid orders, it would not be appropriate to proceed with the matter. The alleged orders, if any, are stated to have been passed by the Municipal Council, Malerkotla.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent No.3-Executive DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.02.28 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Officer, Municipal Council, Malerkotla, to supply a copy of the orders to the

Civil Writ Petition No. 3865 of 2022 petitioner, if any, passed either on 28.05.2020 or 02.06.2020, within a period of three weeks, from today. If the petitioner does not have an effective alternative remedy, he shall have liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
