This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no.566 dated 01.12.2020, registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad, for the alleged commission of offence punishable under the provisions of Section 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action, as he has inadvertently referred to and reproduced FIR no.566 of 01.02.2020 in the petition, whereas it is actually FIR no.567 of the same date, as is in question in the present petition.
