RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) 1.

Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct independent, fair, impartial and unbiased investigation on the allegations raised by the petitioner in the representation, dated 16.12.2024. He further submits that his representation, dated 16.12.2024 be got decided through some senior police official and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. It is further prayed to register an FIR against respondents No.4 to 6 under cognizable offence.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed representation before respondent No.3 on 16.12.2024 but no action has been taken on the same till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from today.
