(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.133 dated 08.06.2024, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (Section 325 of IPC added later on) at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural, and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise dated 22.10.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.
