(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to investigate the matter in case FIR No. 638 dated 08.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 498-A IPC (Section 302 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal, in a fair and proper manner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the main accused has been arrested.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
