15.03.2021, which is against the provisions of Companies Act. He further submits that the matter is being adjourned by the trial Court and the pending application (Annexure P-2) preferred by respondents No.1 and 2 under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC filed in Civil Suit Case No.761 of 2021, seeking interim injunction against the petitioner is not being decided. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
Given that due to the restrictions caused by the current pandemic, the Courts below are working on reduced capacity of staff as well as through emergent means of Video-conferencing, it is understandable that certain delays are being caused in disposal of the cases. 5.
In the premise, on this ground alone that the matter is being adjourned by the trial Court, no interference is warranted by this Court. 6.
However, it is expected of the Court below that no unnecessary adjournments will be granted and the pending application shall be disposed of.
7.
Disposed of accordingly.
