The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 03.08.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.20068 of 2017.

Reply by way of affidavit of Satish Bansal, Deputy General Manager, Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation has been filed today in the Court, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

COCP No.689 of 2019 -2Supreme Court in a Special Leave Petition (SLP) wherein it has been ordered that status quo, as on date, shall be maintained by the parties.

In view of order passed, the contempt petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh if cause of action survives after decision of the SLP.

The rule issued against the respondents stands discharged.
