(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 22.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, SAS Nagar, Mohali in complaint No. NACT/207/2017, whereby, the application filed by the petitioners seeking stay of proceedings in view of Moratorium imposed by the Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.
