(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 14.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Superintending Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur, order dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Divisional Canal Officer, Rajasthan Canal Division, Ferozepur and order dated 01.04.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Deputy Collector, Abohar, District Fazilka.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 09.09.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment to place on record the colored site plan along with HIMANI GUPTA 2025.11.21 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document legible copy of the warabandi indicating the taking point and

giving point.

Adjourned to 13.10.2025."

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after complying with aforesaid order dated 09.09.2025, passed by this Court. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition within a period of three weeks from today, failing which, the same shall not be entertained by the Registry.
