(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of financial upgradation to the petitioner on completion of 24/20 years of service under Assured Career Progression (ACP) Scheme.

Learned State counsel, on instructions received from Director, Secondary Education vide memo dated 25.02.2025, contends that the grievance has been redressed as the petitioner has been granted second ACP as DPE with effect from 01.04.2012 in the pay band of ₹9300-34800 + GP 5400 after completion of 20 years of regular satisfactory service vide office order dated 24.02.2025, and District Education Officer, Jind, has been directed to re-fix her pay and pensionary benefits accordingly.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Director General, School Education, to release due service and pensionary benefits to the petitioner in terms of office order dated 24.02.2025, within four weeks of receiving a certified copy of this order. 4.

In case the benefits are not released within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹50,000 to the petitioner.
