(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 and 3 for transfer of investigation in FIR No.187 dated 31.12.2022 registered with P.S. Sultanwind, District Amritsar under Sections 323, 341, 365, 377, 379B, 506, 148, 149 IPC to some other district and to Officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforementioned FIR was registered under the influence of respondent No.6 and in this regard a representation has already been submitted to the authorities along with certain material to support, such as, audio recording/video recording besides medico legal report, however, no decision is being taken by the authorities on the same. Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab who is present in Court accepts notice and on instructions from ASI Balraj Singh submits that the representations dated 02.01.2023 and 10.01.2023 filed at the instance of TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.02.17 18:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
