(ORAL) The petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 for arresting the respondent No.3 in case bearing FIR No.100 dated 04.05.2022 registered under Sections 376, 120-B IPC and under Sections 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalbir Singh submits that vide order dated 04.03.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.S.C. under POCSO Act/Ludhiana, the respondent No.3 was granted interim bail in the aforesaid FIR, which now stands confirmed by the Court.
