Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges inaction by the respondents in arresting the juvenile son of respondent No.7, despite repeated requests. It is contended that on 01.07.2024, at about 6:45 p.m., the petitioner's daughter sustained injuries to her jaw and teeth after being struck by a bullet motorcycle, purportedly due to the rash and negligent driving of the said juvenile. It has been further submitted that despite the lapse of six months, no action has been taken, and the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2025.02.20 13.21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
juvenile is roaming around freely right under the nose of the police and hence, the petitioner seeks not only directions to the official respondents to act against the petitioner but also seeks punishment for the alleged offender.

When specifically queried by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner candidly admitted that the juvenile has already been granted bail.

Given these facts, the instant petition is wholly misconceived. The entitlement of the juvenile to bail, once granted, cannot be revisited at the mere insistence of the petitioner. This Court finds no justification to entertain such a plea. 5.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
