Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 14.01.2019 vide which the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C filed by the prosecution has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial is concluded and the accused have been acquitted.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
