The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside or order dated 20.02.1992 whereby his two increments were stopped with cumulative effect. 2.
There was no representation of the petitioner on 03.10.2024 and in the interest of justice, notice was issued to the petitioner. As per office report, petitioner stands served, however, there is no representation of the petitioner.

It appears that with the efflux of time, petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter. The matter is pending since 2000 and cannot be kept pending for an indefinite period.

In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
