At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 26.08.2015, petitioner has deposited the payment of CPF on 31.10.2015.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 5 has admitted this fact, however, submits that the petitioner is required to fill form for grant of family pension.
