...Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANOOP CHITKARA

FIR No.

Dated Police Station Sections 28.10.2020 City Gohana, Tehsil 302, 201 & 34 IPC and 25 of Gohana, District Arms Act Sonepat 1.

The petitioner incarcerated upon his arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail. 2.

As per para 12 of the petition, petitioner has no criminal history. 3.

Counsel for the State opposes the bail and submits that 2/3rd of witnesses have already been examined and the trial is at advance stage. 4.

After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with clarification that directions be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial within the time bound manner. 5.

Given above, considering the petitioner's prayer and the fact that trial is at the fag end, the concerned trial court is requested to make all endeavours to conclude the trial by as earliest as possible.
