(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the charge-sheets Nos.344 dated 01.02.2019, 649 and 655 dated 24.04.2023 (Annexures P-4 to P-6). After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition to challenge the punishment order, if any passed in the charge-sheet, in accordance with law.
