The petitioner is working as a Multipurpose Health Supervisor. He was transferred from P.H.C., Verka, District Amritsar to P.H.C., Kot Isse Khan, District Moga on 04.05.2021. Subsequently, within a period of 22 days, he managed to get his temporary posting at P.H.C., Verka, District Amritsar. He filed Civil Writ Petition No. 10091 of 2021 in this Court. The same was disposed of on 02.02.2022 with the following order:- "As a result thereof, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.1-Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 10.05.2021 (P-3), in accordance with law by passing speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Pursuant to the direction of the Court, the Director, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, has passed a detailed order on 09.05.2022. It has been noticed that the petitioner's stay at P.H.C., Verka, District Amrtisar, is for a period of last 12 years.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find it appropriate to direct the respondents to post the petitioner on temporary duty at P.H.C., Verka, District Amritsar. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed.
