******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Devraj Singh submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner. Earlier a complaint made by Sudesh Kumari was enquired into and filed. In view of submissions of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Rupnagar to give advance notice to the petitioner as and when he is required to attend any enquiry or investigation on the representation of Sudesh Kumari. It is, however, made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be interpreted as giving any type of liberty or protection to the petitioner in any criminal, civil or other proceedings pending or instituted against him.
