PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) State Counsel on instructions from ASI Rajwinder Singh submits that the house of the petitioner was being raided to effect the arrest of the petitioner who is accused in FIR No.0005 dated 18.01.2024. He submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation against him and thus at this stage he has no reason to apprehend any threat from the authorities and the authorities undertake that the petitioner be not harassed.

The aforesaid statement made by State counsel satisfies counsel for the petitioner.
